ZIMMERMANN SHOW PFW

At the Zimmermann show during Paris Fashion Week this morning, set inside Le Carreau du Temple, a long pale runway cut cleanly through the center of the space. Simple seating lined either side while soft natural light filtered through the venue’s glass roof, creating an airy, uncluttered backdrop that kept the focus firmly on the clothes.

Nicky Zimmermann leaned into the house’s signature romantic silhouettes, but with a slightly sharper edge. Lightweight chiffon, silk organza, and lace appeared in layered halter gowns, sheer blouses, and long, fluid skirts that moved effortlessly down the runway. Leather jackets and gloves introduced a subtle winter mood, adding contrast to the collection’s otherwise soft palette.

Floral and painterly prints flowed through parachute dresses and crinoline shapes, while braided trims, delicate embroidery, and softly ruffled seams added texture and depth. The overall softness was balanced by more structured pieces, including tailored denim, leather accents, and flared trousers. These grounded the collection, giving Zimmermann’s familiar bohemian vibe a more modern, controlled finish. We loved what we saw..
